Educational Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineer or Equivalent
Qualifications: 1. Basic requirement in the Institute relates to the construction and development of educational campus with multi-storied educational and residential buildings, complete campus development, maintenance and operation of civil, electrical and HVAC services. Experience in large scale infrastructure projects / educational campus development shall be desirable. 2. Knowledge of CPWD Works manual, CPWD specifications, Structural designing, Tender documentation, Contract management, CPWD account code, Financial accounting, arbitration and reconciliation, administration and working knowledge of inter disciplinary engineering fields like electrical and HVAC. 3. Coordination and supervisory ability in both at administration and professional level in Central/State Government / Autonomous Organization / Public Sector under takings shall be preferred.

Experience Requirements: At least 9 years of experience in the Pay Band – 3 (Rs. 15600-39100) + Grade Pay Rs. 6,600/- in Construction, Planning, Contract Management and execution of building works and functional services like water supply, sewerage, road and knowledge of preparation of estimates and tender documents. Experience of dealing with maintenance of township.
